Lunch menu changes monthly. Please check at the start of each month for the new menu.
If your student requires lunch menu modifications due to allergies, please complete the Cafeteria-specific “Special Dietary Needs Form”, MCPS Form 240-23
If you would like to volunteer in the school or chaperone any field trips, please make sure to complete the Child Abuse and Neglect Training.

If students require medication to be administered at school (including over-the-counter medication), please complete “Authorization to Administer Prescribed Medication”, MCPS Form 525-13 (requires physician’s signature).
If epinephrine is required please use “Emergency Care for the Management of a Student with a Diagnosis of Anaphylaxis”, MCPS Form 525-14 (requires physician’s signature). Note that the school requires two epinephrine injectors in their original packaging with the pharmacy label attached.
Kids After Hours (KAH) requires a separate set of all forms and medications.
